Our Business Process
The
majority of our Hand Made Products are Unique and Hand picked from
various locations in Brazil. Although we sell direct to public on
our web shop, our aim is to have our products distributed Australia
wide through selected retailer’s stores. We want to ensure
that we do not over expose our distribution in order to give each
retail client, exclusivity in their area.
If you are
interested in our product, check our list of our existing retailers
and see if there is an opportunity for you to be the first to
stock our variety in your area.
A retailer
would be any registered business, which would like to stock our
product lines for sale in their shop. As a retailer you would abide
by our standard trade terms (see below). If you are interested

Please
note: Minimum
first order is $AU 200,00
All prices
displayed on our web site are in Australian currency and are
available for delivery World wide; some products are for delivery
in Australia only.
Prices
displayed do include GST and will be updated according to any
cost change from overseas. All wholesale prices are exclusive of
the applicable GST and may be subject to change without notice.
Freight and insurance are an extra cost and has not been included
in any prices on the web site. This cost will show on all invoices
if applicable to be paid by the customer.
Delivery
We require
payment prior to dispatch of your order; payment can be made via
Cheque, Money Order, Eftpos, Credit Card, Postal Money Order,
C.O.D or Direct Bank Transfer
We are
only obliged to deliver to the address which you have specified to
us and will not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs
because you are unable to take delivery at the place
specified.
You must
supply us with a real address (not a PO Box or RMB) and
someone must accept and sign for the delivery. If you are not home
to accept delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the
freight company to make arrangements. In some cases, it may be
beneficial for you to supply us with a work address for
delivery.
Orders are
dispatched to customers on Monday's; an extra effort
is made for Express Post orders. We will do everything possible to
meet our delivery time, however delays could be experienced due to
circumstances beyond our control.
We do have a large inventory of stock,
however once we run out of some stock, an order can be requested
but we can’t guarantee the delivery time or the availability of any
product, as a large amount of our products come from our overseas
suppliers.
If you
have ordered a product where our supplier is no longer able to
supply the product, we will notify you immediately.
Returns
Return
claims must be in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of
delivery of goods.
Extreme
care should be taken before ordering, as freight can be an
expensive cost and if a product has to be returned or exchanged the
freight costs will be your responsibility. The only exception to
this is if the exchange has occurred due to our error or the
product is faulty or damaged. In that case, we
will cover the freight costs.
We will
not accept any goods back without our prior consent and if
returning goods we recommend sending them registered post as we
will not take responsibility for missing parcels where there is no
proof that they were actually returned.
All
Returns have to authorized by Alan or Elisabeth, must be in good
order and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee except for
faulty or (On Approval Goods)

only send personal information about you to other
organizations in the following circumstances:

to provide the service you have requested
- Or we are required or authorized by law to disclose the
information.
For
statistics, we collect anonymous analytical information on our web
sites activity. We use this to evaluate our web sites performance.
We do not use any means of collecting user information on our
site.
If at any
time you wish us to cease corresponding with you just advise us and
we will do so immediately.

Trading PTY LTD reserves the right to terminate without
notice your use of, or access to this site if Alliz Trading
PTY LTD consider it appropriate at the time.
